Goals and Rewards

I find that setting goals and rewards can help pave the way during any journey! Here are my goals and rewards for my fitness journey:

- Lose 25 lbs total
- Lose 1.25 lbs per week or 5 lbs per month
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
